GRILLED PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SANDWICH

 

1. Spread the peanut butter on both pieces of bread.
2. Place the banana strips on top of the peanut butter.
3. Put slices together and place on a hot panini maker and cook until done.
4. Temperature may vary depending on the appliance.
5. If you prefer, you can slightly coat the slices of bread with soy margarine before adding other ingredients and fry in a skillet until golden.
