This Year's Presenters

George Guthrie, MD will be sharing some of the latest information in "Lifestyle Medicine" from his wealth of knowledge and experience. George graduated from Loma Linda University's School of Medicine, and is currently Assistant Director for Florida Hospital's Family Practice Residency Program. He has an enthusiastic style that everyone will appreciate.

Howard Lyman, the original "Mad Cowboy", will also be with us for this years Alumni week. You may recall that Howard appeared on the Oprah Winfrey program. Texas cattlemen sued both Howard and Oprah for remarks about the potential risks of consuming cattle for food. Since their vindication, Lyman has been at the forefront of consumer advocacy for telling the truth about the food we eat.
